I specialize in the Mosier area; it is where I live and have my being. I have intimate knowledge of the land, land use regulation, the National Scenic Act and the ground water aquifers. I have represented sellers and buyers through the processes of Wasco County Planning with applications for partitions, conditional use permits (both inside and outside of the Scenic Act) and Measure 37 & 49 claims.
